All returns or cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking fee of total amount fee plus shipping charges to and from Wheel Supply USA if applicable. The restocking fee also applies to shipments that are refused. If the return is for a Wheel and Tire Package, the customer will also be assessed an $80 per set dismounting fee for all wheel sizes. If error was on our part, such as fitment issues, you shall be refunded in full. Wheel Supply USA will not take any product that has been mounted, install, used or altered in any way. Product must be in original packaging. Return and refund offer is good for 15 days after the product is received. There are no Returns or Refunds on special order items. Packages must be pack properly and if packages are returned to Wheel Supply USA and are damaged due to faulty packaging, credit will not be issued.
If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us immediately for a Return Authorization Number. All merchandise must be new. Every return is subject to inspection. If it is deemed that damage to the product is a result of road hazards, such as a car accident, or curb scraping, Wheel Supply USA is not obligated to grant a refund.
If the return is deemed to be a fault on the part of the manufacturer or our own, we will refund you in full. We are dedicated to customer satisfaction, and will do everything to resolve any issues. Yet, we cannot grant refunds and accept returns for merchandise damaged due to events outside of our control. Credit will be granted less shipping charges. Wheel Supply USA will refund shipping charges only if there was error on our side.
All canceled orders are charged a 20% processing fee. This fee is non-refundable unless there was an error on our part, such as fitment issues. If the cancellation is our fault, you shall be refunded in full. There are no cancellations on special order items!
