Wheel Supply USA ships most of its products via FedEx Ground or UPS,but we occasionally will use other companies depending on availability and speed. Shipping usually takes 4-10 business days unless otherwise notified. We are not responsible for delays incurred after departure from our side. Most orders are shipped within two business days, assuming that the merchandise is in stock. If your order contains mounted tires and wheels, an extra day or two is normally needed for the mounting and balancing. In the event of a back-order situation, we will either ship the merchandise directly from the factory or notify you of the delay.
Most orders ship within 2 business days after placing your order providing all of the merchandise is in stock. Orders placed on the weekend are not processed until the following Monday. Special order items will take additional time and Wheel Supply USA will relay to you the time the manufacturer has given us for them to produce your wheels. In the event of a back-order situation, we will either ship the merchandise directly from the factory or notify you of the delay.
Working and business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekend days or recognized holidays. The only shipments which are delivered on Saturday are the upgraded service packages by FedEx at an additional cost shipped next day air, second day air, and three day select. Please note that these packages also are the only shipments which can have a guaranteed delivery day.
If your shipment has arrived damaged, please contact us immediately to report the damage. If you take longer than 48 hours to report the damage, the shipping company will not accept responsibility for any damages. In the event your items arrive damaged, please have all packaging material for inspection. Be prepared for the carrier to inspect and pick up the damaged merchandise.
Merchandise must be completely repackaged in the original packing for return. Wheel Supply USA must be contacted within 24-hours of delivery to report the damage and schedule a reshipment.
Merchandise covered by a manufacturer’s warranty is sold with the warranty by the manufacturer extended to the purchaser. We will be happy to assist in obtaining fulfillment of a manufacturer’s warranty. Other than applicable manufacturers’ warranties, there are no warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
All our recommended packages*are built to fit your vehicle as is, with no modifications and with no problems, such as rubbing Bigger size rims come with lower profile tires, so the overall tire diameter remains the same as your original tires. However, we always double check all orders (including test fit when necessary) to make sure that website recommendations were accurate. If we sell you a package which doesn’t fit your vehicle we will send you a replacement. If a replacement is not available Wheel Supply USA will issue call tags to return product back to us. As long as the product is returned in good condition we will issue a full refund including freight.
If Wheel Supply USA sells you product and it is not recommended to fit your vehicle, we do not take any responsibility for fitment.
